Preparing to Delegate Your Marketing Projects

So often, we find ourselves in knots feared a specific project tied. You know you need to get it done, but the fear keeps you hesitate. Organizational gurus tell you to “Break It Up” in steps “or” imagine how you feel when it is ready to be. ” These people do not have them in your projects glaring in their faces, then what they know. I have your solution. You need to delegate effectively. Note I did not say it just delegate. Here are some tips from both sides of the marketing project delegation fence.
My project: My Vision – When threatened with a project, you’re probably in one of two places. Either:
1) Know exactly what you want in the end, but have no idea how to get there, or
2) You’re at a complete loss and need someone to take you to.
In any case you need clarification before you can expect someone who can lead with positive results. If you do not know what you want, how the hell can you expect that we him? You need a clear idea of what you need, do not want examples of what you like and dislike, and what you want this project to provide financial statements for your company and / or customers. We are not clairvoyant.
